When I turn my steering wheel hard left or hard right I hear a noise like someting is hitting. I know it's not the power steering because it's not a whining sound being made. I'm not very mechanically gifted so when I got under the car and looked at the front end nothing looked wrong. So I need help with diagnosing the problem when turning.
