I replaced mine a few weeks ago. Huge difference in gas mileage and driveability!
I removed the coil pack and used a crow foot wrench + 2 extensions and a swiveling joint that could change the angle. I guess your O2 sensor wrench would be equivalent to the crow foot.
I attached the crow foot to one extension and then followed the wire down until I got the wrench onto the sensor securely. Then I attached the swivel and the other extension and loosened the sensor. It came off very easily once loose.
Be careful not to drop your wrench because it will fall into a place that is very hard to get at from beneath the car!!!
The tough part was getting the new one back on. It must be at exactly the correct angle. And it is just far enough down for me to only reach it with my finger tips.
After about an hour, I tried using rubber gloves. This gave me the grip to get the sensor properly into the manifold and turn it clockwise to get it started.
After that, I connected the wrench again and tightened it to 26 ft-lbs, which is the torque specified in my service manual.
