My mods for when I ran the low 14 second passes consisted of custom cat bak exhaust with stock pipeing, custom cold air intake, and just Taylor spark plug wires. With those mods I was pulling 9 #'s of boost.
As for keeping up with an M3 I am not sure about the newer ones. I raced a mid to late 90's style. He claimed he had a CAI, catbak exhaust, and chip. Oh yeah he yells to me "I run 5.1 second zero to sixty." Made me chuckle cause I know I can't do that and put a hurten on him pretty bad. But from a 60 MPH roll I would say I would give a newer M3 one hell of a run.
