It's thje 2.5L V6 MTX as I said at the end of the post (sorry for not posting it at the begining where I should have). It is the nasty grinding noise, has NOTHING to do with belt slipage... it is something else, now that I think about it, it totaly sounds like a chain running across metal, must be the timing chain tensioner, it must be. That really sucks, how much is it and how hard is it to replace yourself (or how much is it at the dealer)? Is there anything else that I will need?
