If you mean the nasty grinding for a couple of seconds after it starts thats the timing chain tensioner leaking down making the chain loose until you have oil pressure. Dealer recomends taking the front off and putting in their new and expensive tensioner accumulator. They also say it doesn't do any damage, yeah right.
