Story Summary Best thing is, I got it all on camera
This guy attempted the bank robbery, ran from the cops, into his own house, barracaded himself inside around 11:30am and we were evacuated from our apartments around 12 noon. All electricity was cut off, including the gas main (no hot water or anything). Around 4:30pm the [censored] finally decided to give up, he laid down on the ground and SWAT officers went to arrest him and he started to kick and punch them. It didn't last long, they had him cuffed within a minute. People from my apartment complex were throwing [censored] at him!
