Hey all - I'm at the end of my 19# fuel injector upgrade but have one last thing to work out. The male end of the spring lock quick connect won't reach the new fuel rail - so I have to extend the fuel line about 4-5 inches.
Would it be best to
1) just slice the rubber line and extend it with metal line spliced in
2) or should I cut the whole rubber line off the male quick connects and car side metal line and replace it.
#2 makes me a little nervous as it looks like the rubber line (really hard not very flexable rubber line) - is almost molded on too the metal ends(no hose clamps used)
Any suggestions / advice?
