Hey: my wife was driving through a Zeller's parking lot with our van and high winds suddenly propelled this cart into the side of the van doing about $600/800 of damage. She was so angry that she stopped and went into the store and complained immediately. They covered the repairs, no resistance whatsoever. It was their parking lot and it was their cart.
