That is the production # of the bumper, so it's #05 out of however many...
A stolon is a horticulture term for a root that creeps across the ground, where as rhizomes grow under the ground. Anyways, a car goes on top of the ground... Oh nevermind... My degree is in landscape design and i though it was catchy because it's pronounced -stolen- LOL.
