If he was arrested, it will be recorded on the blotter and is considered publice record. Every media organization has some low-level intern that is tasked with getting the blotter everyday anyway so it would be easy to confirm.
TV stations love this stuff and it is more effective than any BBB complaint or Ford Motor Co.
Great point! i learned in school (lol) that contacting the media will help get things done! go for it! get the media involved because it makes the dealership look bad and Ford as well.
