yeah service managers can be a pain in the a$$ i thought i was gonna have to slap one of the managers at fremont ford around becuase my first SVT was a lemon and had to threaten the customer service manager with calling an attorney and the news in order to get me in to a new SVT. i say sue them for all you can. time to give a little back to ford for there god awful service at there dealerships.
