The 95 V6 Duratec has two O2 sensors. They are in the manifolds, before the cat converters. Bank one is on the firewall side, and is more difficult to reach. Most people get to it from the underside. Bank two is up front, and it's in the manifold near the oil filter. Use an O2 socket to unscrew, it has a slot for the wires. If you replace, you can get OEM style (with connector attached), or replacement style, where you can cut off the connector half and splice it to the new wires. They are color coded. Replacement style has same sensor, but costs less. NAPA has them, also other auto stores. Bosch seems to be the preferred brand. Good Luck.

Correction, I replaced my O2 sensor last weekend and there are what appear to be 3. There are the ones mentioned above, and then there is another one, I don't have my car with me since it's in the shop, but if you look under the car you can see all three. One you can see by looking under the hood, and the other two you have to put the car up on ramps.

You should have 4, your car is a '97 which uses OBDII, it has two before cat O2, and two aftercat O2. '95 has only two sensors, and both are before cat.

For clarification. All cars Contique equiped with OBDI have one O2 sensor per bank. All OBDII's have 2 O2's per bank. one upstream and one downstream. All upstream O2's for the record on the firewall side are a PITA to replace.
