how long did you disconnect your battery for.
I believe it is sopposed to be disconnected for at least 30 seconds.
check all the hoses that connect to the induction system
like jcboeckl said make sure all the sensors are pluged in correctly and completely. also try disconnecting them again and look at the pins and sockets to make sure they are clean and free of debris or corrosion.
