OMG, I just found out tonight I have the same problem! I took out my box and climbed in with a flashlight. I had previously been concentrating on the "grill" and antenna area since they had given me trouble before. I had my brother spray the car, and I saw a whole **** load of water pouring in where the trunk lid "arm" thing has space to open(best way I could describe it..lol). Anyways, my wife works for Safelite auto glass and I can get it fixed for almost nothing tomorrow as opposed to waiting for the dealer to get an auto glass place to come and do the same thing for my $50 ESP deductible and 3 days w/o a car. Thanks for mentioning it! Now I can fix it and get my new box and floor built.
