FWIW, I am still battling this problem. I checked the taillight, the vent(which used to leak, but I fixed), and around the non power antenna trim on the outside of the car(again, fixed it). I am getting frustrated, but I haven't had much time to play with it. I have to get it fixed before I build a new box and floor.
