Referring to the list above: Reactions in 18" are 580 (or 145 Each) PRICE $580

Joe now needs to add shipping of $20 per wheel, or $70, which ever is cheaper... so.. PRICE580+70=$650

Now, Joe needs to decide how he is going to pay:

Paypal: Send payments to s_r_haralson@sar.med.navy.mil (remember to add 2% to the total price sent (650 + 2% = 663)
