This box snaps in. It could have warped and no longer sits properly.
I cracked mine by mistake when removing the center console. It cost me about $7 for a new one from ford.
Part number is F5RZ-18816-B.
To remove the old one you will have to pinch the top and bottom and pull. You most likely will break it doing this.
The new just snaps in.
