ed, dont forget that the specs you got on saturday were at the wheels. the factory specs you listed were at the crank.

So there is about 15-18% drivetrain loss?

Yeah, after you factor in the drive train loss (17.9 %), my dyno numbers are right on. I think torque is calculated differently than HP when it comes to drive train loss.

hey i have one complaint about that dyno place... where was the food??? the whole time i kept hearing about their great cookouts and i did not see one morsel of food pass through that shop.
i feel like i should get $5 back from Dean.

dean cooked up dogs and burgers when we were all finally done.
maxhp=164.5 maxtorque=152.1
stock except plugs,wires,dmd
i think i could've done a hair better. i think it takes a little practice to learn to dyno the car to squeeze out all the hp/torque potential.

my car is bone stock! the only diff. is the fact that the block only has 20K miles on it. everything else has 68K..plugs, wires, etc.
brian..he cooked about 20 hot dogs and like 3 dozen burgers after everybody finished running.
