Folks.
Tonight, Friday, driving on in city on Ashland near Montrose, I got broadsided by a car coming from a side street. The "scenic" bushes in the median blocked the view of my car! I pulled to inside lane, but it was too late. I was lucky I didn't hit a parked car.
Guy didn't run off and we exchanged info and filed a police report. He was in a 85 Cavalier and his car was beat up already, and it had it's light off, too.
I am OK, but my car is smashed in the two drivers side doors. I can't open them, and I have to climb over the console. The B pillar looks bent,
I will get it looked at by State Farm and see what will happen. I can't say if it is totaled, but it looks worse than the damage to Dan P's car!
I will try to get e pics of it and post.
