Be careful with throttle body cleaners. Make sure they are compatible with OX sensors and your cats. And even if they are, expect to receive a "Check Engine" warning message light up on your instrument cluster. If this happens, remove the positive battery cable for a few hours, then reinstall it. Turn off all electrical items (radio, blower moter, etc.). Let the engine find a stable idle, then let it remain there for at least 1 minute. Then turn on the A/C and let it stay on for 1 minute. Now go out and drive the car for about 10 minutes.
Use the throttle body sparingly. You can use gasoline or the throttle body cleaner on a rag to clean the interior surfaces of the throttle body which mate to the butterfly valve.
I have found the OX and cat sensors to be pretty sensitive on my car.
