I passed NJ inspection with headers and the secondary CAT. The car was not very warm, but it passed with ease. The OF (Ray M. - RIP) passed with 0 cats, in CA. I do not remember when that was though, search the mailing list.

so, removing the second cat and gutting the precats, will that affect the emissions tests?

you still pass, if i remember correctly

someone in CA was running no cats and passed, whether i remember correctly or not, who knows
