Just had the same thing happen with me... rough idle, to the point where it would stall. If I was parallel parking, going from d to r would cause a real rough engine.

Turned out to be a leaky o-ring on the throttle body and two vacuum lines under the intake manifold had come in contact and frayed, causing an air leak.
