It is hard to get answers over the weekend.
The board is at its slowest during the weekend...
If the differential gears are chipped, or stripped, you will first notice it when turning,
since these gears usually only spin when you are going around a turn.
If a piece of these gears gets caught between the ring and pinion gear, then you are going to feel it much more.
If the diff gears break, you will get to the point where the car won't move at all.
