When ever I drive my car no matter what speed it makes this like whinning, sucking/rushing air noise. Could it be the secondaries stuck open. Also just had my cat and muffler replaced last week. CEL comes on, on the freeway. Thanks

Which cat did they replace, the upstream or downstream? Sounds like you still have a plugged exhaust somewhere.
