I just pulled the codes from the computer and this is what I got.

172 (R,M) Oxygen sensor not switching - system is or was lean - Single, Right or Rear HO2S - Fuel control

Am I correct in how I am reading this. I got the 111 111 then 1 then 172 172. Is the 172 actually P0172 which is "System too Rich - Bank No. 1."

If it is the O2S sensor, what are the odds that it would malfunction at the same time I had tranni work and rad replaced? Is it possilbe they forgot to plug something in?
