Okay, first quote we got from one place for carbon fiber hood over fiberglass frame is $430 + shipping ( I would have to call a freight company on shipping in that case ) . We'll be contacting another place to see if we can get a cheaper rate. Apparently the work to tool the hood in that shape is a bit on the pricey side.

I'll post a quote from the other mfgr sometime early next week.
