Last winter, I bought a set of 195/60 SR 15" BF Goodrich Winter Slalom tires for just under $99 each, and steel wheels from Ford for $62 each.
The BFG's were great!
They have a tread pattern that is very similar to the Blizzak WS-50, though are a little cheaper.
Also, among the few S-rated (112 MPH) snow tires - alot of 15s are Q-rated to 99 MPH.
