Well when I got my svt the aftermarket hu was a Sanyo FXCD-500 ( I think ). Has both cd player / cassete built into a single din slot. Maybe look into that if you're interested. I don't think it sounded that good, but of course I had the factory amp in at that time. Had some nice features though, and got the job done.
