The returnless pump is larger and the tank is different to compensate. Unfortunatlely Ford did not make the hole in the back seat larger.
Do yourself a favor and remove the circular filter screen from the bottom of the fuel pump module and throw it away. This is what usually plugs up. There is an ordinary sock type filter screen inside the module so the one on the bottom of the module really isn't needed.
