I got my car back yesterday.
I sure missed her! However, the dealer couldn't get it to act up.
So, they said that if it does it again, to bring it back in. Overall, its driving good, but not nearly as good as it used too. I know something is wrong, but everyone i bring it too says it seems fine, and "drives like new." As for the cat, it is working properly, or it wouldn't stink. I still think it could be fuel related, TPS, fuel injector, etc, and surplus fuel is being dumped into the cat. I mentioned this to the dealer, and they said "its possible, but there was no engine trouble codes." So, anyways, thanks for the help, and if anyone else has any more ideas, let me know.
