About this IAT relocation, it doesn't require any changes to the programming, does it?

I might try it. Only problem I see is getting the sensor to seal and not bleed of boost.

Just put my smaller pulley on and like the small increase it gave me. Still craving more though

Simon:

I'm guessing this does require a custom reburn as the boosted temps would put the IAT sensor way out of it's normal parameters.

Rick is spot on with this, fordchips.com is the only people I know that can program the chip for this. Its preety cool and safer as well. They also said with 9psi the IAT in the grommet will seal no problem. When you get to 12+psi you have to get the lightening IAT which has a threaded end on it so you can screw it into the intake pipe after the SC.

I offer PnP Heads for all durtec's details at PnPheads.com or jesse@pnpheads.com for details.

Thanks for the info. I'll ask 1turbofocus about doing this when I get my custom burnt chip done by him.

Seems like the way to go, having the timing change relative to the boost charge.
