When you seat a tire you are supposed to lubricate it with soap water. Any small and stiff sidewalled tire is hard to mount but can be done. I've done two sets of KDW's and a set of SZ 50's. It's hard but can be done. Lub the rim and the tire bead to all hell! You can also try deflating and reinflating them!
