I'm saying that my butt dyno felt more power, but in real world testing it dropped noticeable power.
Others have "statically" tested it on a dyno and had power loss as well.
The reference to 187/169 was showing how well modified my car was and it still lost power for me in "real world" driving.
I would only recommend it to highly modified SVT's with A/F tunability and any 3L.
