Firstly I am not sure who this is as he is not a customer and neither the first photograph he has used nor the second are the lamps or ballast made and supplied by Autolamps-Online.com. If they were they would look like the pictures on our website and why on earth would we sell product in a Gourmet Garage box who happen to be traders in HID kits and as such are a competitor.
This gentlemen claims to be knowledgeable on HID so what are his credentials other than showing photos of product he claims which are incorrect. We have sold over 10K kits in them last 3 years and non of our customer have any problems with our product or service. If his kit had failed and was supplied by us we would have inspected it and given him either a replacement or a refund. What his motives are for this tirade I can only guess but offer if he is a customer to contact us and we will solve his issues. However as the product shown is not our or Philips I suspect something different.
He is obviously not as knowledgeable as he claims or he would know the following.
I worked for 12 years for Philips Automotive in over 30 different countries. As International Sales Manager I helped design and introduce product such as the D2 Xenon lamp, The Allweather range and personally won an award for the introduction of the BlueVision product. We are the only HID retrofit supplier specified by Philips Automotive

I recruited most of the Philips Automotive International Management team and still have day to day contacts with the factories worldwide. With this back ground and 20 years automotive Lighting experience because before Philips I worked for Valeo why would we sell
Korean made product and if we did why would Philips approve us.
I am willing to discuss the world of Philips , Xenon HID technology and any problems or errors that we may have made. We are far from perfect and constantly look for way to improve. However when we are the target of vindictive abuse that is fact less and supported by thin air then I believe I have the right to stand up and be counted.
I have advised who I am and what my company stands for and the experience that we have , now who is this guy making all the fake claims as there are many many jump on the band wagon operations that see HID as a quick buck and struggle to compete when the questions are raised on who , why and what.
The fact that you as one of our valuable and repeat customers chooses to fight our side in this way suggests that the great majority of our customers are happy both with what we do and what we have sold.
As you and I know 100% of all our HID kits are supplied with 100% Philips product from Aachen Germany. If you need that with a Philips endorsed stamp from the management of Philips just let me know. Unfortunately the Internet provides disguises for many people to hide behind.
