When what?
We'll be getting it torn out and hopeully back together this Saturday to get the rear main seal in. I've already started tearing it apart to make sure we get it done. Should be a lot easier this time since all of the fabrication is pretty well done now, so just pop it apart, then right back together... We'll have to clean up the clutch too, but luckily we didn't run it long, so we shouldn't have cooked any of the oil into the clutch materials. A quick soak in soapy water bucket should do the trick rather quickly.
The good thing is, when we did start it, it idled like a stock car with the 42# injectors and the Pro-M MAF calibrated for them. Returnless 3L Vortech SC... Damn, I'm good... well, O.K.... if I were that good, I wouldn't have forgetten the rear main seal, eh?
We have a fordchips.com Diablo chip in there, custom calibrated for this application. We're going to monitor the car with an OBDII scanner, dyno test it, then send the chip back for any needed changes if any (for free since they said they claimed to know enough to get it right the first time). Even without the chip, it idles just fine though...
