Not wanting to sound like a search Nazi, but when you say you looked at all the posts on the site did you do a search or just look at the current ones? I'm not trying to be a jerk, just curious. Anyway, could be a couple of things: Bank 1 (firewall side) upstream oxygen sensor, EGR valve, vacuum leak. Hunting idle sounds like vacuum leak to me. Just a guess.
