I got the spoiler a couple weeks ago. It is indeed a stock painted spoiler! as far as hardwaer I dont know what i will need it has the mounts attached to the bottom tith bolts sticking out. I am afraid to drill myself!!! So it may be awhile before i get it on there since i refuse to pay $160 to get it put on.............
