You can still jump on board

I am currently collecting parts for my 3.0 swap to take place near the end of this year when i have time off from work, yahoo! And a some better flowing heads would make a nice addition to the motor build up, I just have few questions. 1. I already have a estimate from a very good local shop for this type of head work and i am wondering if this is going to be cheaper or more expensive? so a price estimate would be helpfull and 2. would this be a core/exchange program? or a straight out buy the new heads

but i am very interested

My advice is if you want to be successful with this one, you'll have to do a core exchange program of some type.

Problem is a lot of people only run 1 car and can't go without wheels while you're doing the work.

You want to appeal to the masses, get the biggest customer demographic you can, at least that's my opinion....and I've had a lot of business development expirience.

It's all about making it easy to do business with you.

Anyway, I'm onboard with this one as soon as I can buy a second set of wheels....until then, I'm just one of the wishful people on the sideline.

Good luck! I'd like to see this one succeed!

Again Fellow memebers, we are looking for only 5 dedicate people at the onset, NOT THE MASSES!!! I'm sure out of the 1,000's here at CEG and NECO, there must be at least 5 that can afford to put there car on stilts for a short while.

As far as the cost of this program, plz refer to the Group Buy Section as most of you know, no Prices can be revealed in this Section. I'd like to say that this is by far the cheapest CNC process you will come across on a pair of heads. The reason for the low initial cost, is I really want to get this started so we have a new modification to be had for this seeking more power. If both Terry & I get together on this, which I have discussed with him already, we will probably work on a complet package, 2.5 & 3.0 of some sort. I honestly hope that with the Haines and PXRacing connection we can develop a full motor program, with honest to good hp numbers easily exceeding the 300hp range Naturally Aspirated.

Hows that sound for STARTERS!!!

Just a 3-Angle and hand porting

Hey, the shop told me they're not interested in porting the intake/exhaust passages for me. They said it's a hand job, and it's too easy for them to do. Anyway, I can't get on this now that I already spent like $600 to get my heads what it is now. Not to say... I only have $40 left I can use for everything including food for at least another week. LOL

Heads This seems like a good Idea but IMO you should try to get a pair of heads have them modified. Then do a dyno, and let us see the true power potential. Because if I could gain 30 hp N/A for even say $800.00-$900.00, I am in like flin ...

Just an Idea, but either way best of luck

Let's put it this way in plain English. "Every Head, I don't care what Head, can use porting!"

Remember most motors are fine'lly detuned and this means restrictions everywhere, and I mean everywhere. In the case of the Duratec, we will not proclaim exact numbers just an approximate idea of what can be had. Every motor will turn up differing results depending on the mods done to it all ready as well as the mods being done to it at the time of the head work or even in the future. So saying that to CNC your set of Heads would make 30hp, it's just not logical. Again people here need to realize that were not talking about unproven technology here, I mean we've got all the calculate backing in the world behind this program to assure a definate benefit, how much again depends on what you've got to work with it.

Again, we are not looking for people that are looking for answers to what type of HP this will make, were looking for people who KNOW what type of HP potential this can make!!! These people will help answer some of your folks curiosities and the reason why we are offering it at such a low initial cost as shown in the Group Buy Section..........

Where in Cali, Im from Socal and was wondering if I could possibly save on Shipping. Also, How long would this take? and are we to be giving you test heads? or are these heads we give you going to have the work done to them. At the same time I wanted the 2.5 heads with the big valves from the 3.0 will you be increasing valve size? Or is that an option? Also what about springs and retainers and such?
