By the way another question...is this just the padded part thats getting replaced or the entire dash?
the entire dash, well in my case they did.
I also have the BNM white faced gauges and don't want those thrown away with the defective dash.
it actually is not a part of the dash. they wont touch it.
chrisvt im gonna take my car in soon for the dash because its starting to have the problem. my question did you take the KKM off when you took it in.
no i didnt and there is no need to. no need to worry airforce....the KKM did not cause the dash to warp, right?!
the defroster vent on the passenger side had lifted a few inches. my dash seemed pretty much okay.
