Insurance is the biggest racket going. It makes perfect sense than an 85 year old man, who is legally blind without his glasses, has 65% hearing loss in both ears, and could have a heart attack or stroke at any time and turn their car into an uncontrollable weapon of destruction at any time should only have to pay something to the tune of $20 a month for insurance! And they whine about that too! I was at a safe driving course and this old woman was crying about $17 a month or something...I was like you know you're spending more on this class than what you'll save!?!? 99% of emergency stops/maneuvers I make are due to old folks. they can't hear, can't see, and can't react fast anymore and somehow they're in a lower risk category than me. Bah. Nothing like having your life flash before your eyes and when you go to yell at the jerk all you see is knuckles on the steering wheel. Sorry...that's been building up for a long time.
