BFG is just an empty nameplate now.
Goodrich sold the tire company almost 10 years ago to Michelin.
Still at that; Michelin (& BFG) still make some of the top performing tires on the market.
225/50's fit the 99 & 00 SVT's (different fender liners) without any rubbing problems.
...and for the record. My BFG's performed so outstanding I just purchased another set (225/50 of course)
