GatorVR4,
Found that old Sep 91 Car and Driver issue. Tested and finish order:6th Audi 80, 5th Infiniti G20, 4th Subaru Legacy Sport, 3rd Acura Vigor, 2nd Galant VR4, 1st Maxima. No accounting for tastes on the Maxima that was only the 160hp version.

Car 0-30 0-60 0-100 1/4 mile top spd skidpd slalom
VR4 ...2.1..7.0..21.9..15.6@86..132mph..78..60.8
Maxima.2.6..8.0..24.7..16.4@85..128mph..79..60.4
Vigor..2.6..7.7..21.7..16.1@88..128mph..76..57.2
Legacy.2.3..7.9..23.9..16.4@85..126mph..81..60.0
G20....2.9..8.7..27.7..16.8@83..121mph..78..61.1

Didn't bother with slowpoke Audi. The prices back then were not a lot different than our SVT prices showing what a bargain our car's are.

Acura Vigor $23,575
Audi 80 $24,395
Galant VR4 $23,652
Maxima SE $22,790
Sube Legacy $20,702
Infiniti G20 $19,835

Yeah, I dug mine out too! Also dug out a Turbo magazine from Jan of last year. Dyno Cell 3 part article on the GVR4. MAd HP from it with three mods! K&N, downpipe and exhaust showed a 35hp gain and 55ft/lbs! All for under 800 bucks!

Lots of mods done.

Neil,
I would wear a bag over my head just so people wouldn't reconize me in it!! laugh laugh wink
Seriously though I got on Autotrader.com and started looking for one, things are rough right now trying to find a 300ZX TT under 15k that hasn't got 150K on it... Good purchase I read those articles in Turbo mag about the vr4 too, was pretty impressed, you did good man. My Daytona will still beat it though when all is said and done bahahahaha
EDIT

Ok, here we go. A "good" pic, even though the car is dirty as shizzle right now.

I'm disappointed, Steve. We had discussed this. You were going to get the wagon option!

Thats cool if it's really what you want. Buying a V6 Mustang and putting the Cobra wheels, brakes and emblems on. But isn't that rice to do that? laugh
