I have question will I need to compress the springs on 95 contour V6 when I will remove them, and if it would be possible to put 98+ struts and springs in it.

No, you do not need to compress the springs to get them out. Read this! Spring/Strut Replacement Howto

You can use 98+ springs/struts on 95-97 cars as long as you replace them as a set (both spring and strut).
