Changing the V6 timing chains & tensioners is a bear of a job with engine 'in situ'.Why are you replacing them,rattles?.The chain tensioners,there are two,have not changed design.The only change was to the guide rail/plates that retain the chain runs.These had a short life on early engines and the material was changed shortly after Job 1 of the 2.5 Duratech.
