On the front face of the block, under the exhaust and above the pan, is an inch thick sheet metal chamber of vaguely trapezoidal outline. Stuck into the right side of that is a tube. I believe the valve is at the base of that tube, where it is jammed into a rubber grommet in the side of the little box.
