OP Teknocracy5 New CEG\'er T Joined: Jul 2001 Posts: 33 Texas	Do our seats (specifically 98+ split 60/40 fold down) have a metal sheet that makes them hard. someone said it was cardboard. Does this mean that i don't have to mount a sheet of wood the back seat? Can i just screw the amp into the seat back directly? Krafty_dup1 CEG\'er K Joined: Mar 2001 Posts: 331 Grosse Pointe Farms, MI, USA	Our seats do have a metal back, my amp is currently mounted on the seatback via a piece of MDF. I would recommend using a piece of wood/MDF to mount the amp to, and then mount that to the seat. Since the seat is metal it isn't the best idea to directly mount the amp to it as you could ground it and cause some serious problems... Ryan Shift Boots for all years Contour and Cougar!
