ok if i put hoodpins on my car just for looks do u guys think that would be something stupid like putting turbo or supercharged on your vehicle when u dont have it. the reason is i bought a hood with a hood scoop for my svt and u can see where i think the previous owner had hoodpins or something. i have tried to put some body putty and sand and sand but when i paint i still see the marks. also where can i buy a set of 4 just for looks

i bet you would find some at racers wholesale. I think they would look really cool, but havent taken the action to put some on because i'm afraid of how they will look 10 years down the road. Mainly because of rust. good luck though

On a totaly stock car, it might not look all that good. On one with a few aesthetic mods already, it would look pretty sweet.

Give http://www.ompwins.com/ a call. They don't do internet ordering, but you might be better off talking to a real person anyway.

Replace that "bad boy" with a CF Hood! Or.....have a body shop weld new pieces in to smooth them out. I'd rather go w/o a hood instead of using hood pins! If that's outta the question go to Interstate and get a new hood for cheap!
