FYI - I just had the "pleasure" of replacing my water pump after it crapped out. Lucky for me I was close to home when it did. I put a new complete Ford pump in as nobody had one in town (this is Minneapolis!!!) except for the dealers. It went in without a hitch. It did come with all of the hoses -- I did not replace the hose going under the intake manifold becsue it did look like trouble.
My old impeller looked like it had exploded inside of the pump. It was ugly . . . I replaced my thermostat while I was in there too. Good luck!
