On the stock pipes, you may notice the RPM's climb a little faster in the mid-upper range, but as Lance mentioned it's pretty minimal.
On the other hand the sound is nice, the engine seems to run a tad cooler, and the mileage increases a bit.
(IF you keep your foot off the floor!!) Larger pipes help performance, but be prepared for more noise and resonance in the cabin.
