All you need to prove for warranty purposes re:oil changing is prove regular intervals. Since most of your miles are Highway you could follow the NORMAL service schedule that allows up to 10,000km on regular oil. Since you run synthetic, you could extednd that to 15,000km safely. Up to you though.
